Sometimes the best discoveries come from the simplest outings. What started as an afternoon coffee trip with my daughter turned into finding one of Brantford and Norfolk County's most unique hidden gems: Kai Café.

Located at Sam's Place Farm Market on Highway 24, just past Scotland and only a short 15-minute drive from Brantford, Kai Café has been making waves on social media. I had seen their colourful posts before, but I never truly understood the hype until I experienced it for myself.
