Brantford, ON – The much-anticipated arrival of Costco in Brantford has taken a significant step forward with the installation of “Coming Soon” signs at the future store site on Lynden Road. The proposed development includes a retail warehouse and an associated gas bar, with a maximum floor area of 15,105m². The city, alongside various partners, is currently reviewing detailed plans encompassing architectural, civil engineering, and landscape aspects. Construction is expected to commence by summer, bringing the popular retailer closer to opening its doors in Brantford.
