The 18th Annual Arnold Anderson Charity Golf Tournament took place yesterday at Mont Hill Golf & Country Club, drawing 216 golfers for a full day of golfing, fundraising, and fun. With perfect weather setting the tone, participants came together to raise an impressive $56,000, which will help provide sports opportunities for children who might not otherwise have the chance to participate.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better day—perfect weather and a great turnout,” said Brent Gordon President of AASF. “The support we’ve received from the community and participants is truly heartwarming.”

The event wasn’t just about golf. Participants enjoyed a variety of on-course activities that kept the energy high throughout the day. Raffles and a silent auction offered additional ways to contribute to the cause, with exciting prizes up for grabs. Food and drinks were served, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of as they made their way through the course.

The funds raised will support approximately 160 children through the AASF’s “Sponsor a Child” program, ensuring that kids have the opportunity to get involved in sports, regardless of financial barriers. AASF is committed to making sure every child benefits from the life lessons and experiences that come from participating in organized sports.
